Sao Paulo bourse to open 1100 local from Tuesday Reuters, Friday, October 09, 1998 at 13:57 SAO PAULO, Oct 9 (Reuters) - Brazil's key Sao Paulo stock exchange (Bovespa) will open one hour later starting Tuesday due to the seasonal time change that takes effect this weekend, the Bovespa said. Brazilians will move their clocks one hour forward on the midnight between Saturday and Sunday to adjust to summer time. As a result, the Bovespa will start trading at 1100 local/1300 GMT/0900 EDT from Tuesday. Monday is a national holiday. Trading will end at 1800 local/2000 GMT/1600 EDT.
