re get out in July and buy more in October But Ken here is the problem: I saw my portfolio go down last year from Aug 8 to Oct over 25%. So I vowed to get out in Aug this year. Low and behold by mid Aug it was down again: late Aug down 30%!!!!! So maybe next year it will do this at a different time. But I would like to get out before the year 2000 meldown: that is before everyone who THINKS there will be a meltdown (I dont really think there will be) gets out and brings the market down. Freeus
