I just got off the phone with Jim Crehan. He only had a minute because he was making arrangements for his flight to Atlanta. DavidCG had the number of outstanding shares correct as far as the transfer agent is concerned. The transfer agent has confirmed that there are 19,855,058 shares outstanding. Of this amount, 14,538,799 are restricted. Apparently the company has issued some additional restricted shares that would be awarded if sales goals are met by the company's salesmen. I was told earlier in the week that the salesmen would not be able to trade these shares for two years if they are awarded. Jim is working on a statement that should satisfy our questions. I guess the bottom line is that it's actual sales of CAPSCANs that will make the difference. Environmental Digital Systems is simply trying to drive sales forward by giving their salesmen additional incentive to make sales. I can't wait to hear how the show goes because I think sales estimates for this year are very conservative. Regards, Jeff
