<Remember when she said we should legalize drugs? Ha Ha Ha.> Elders said we should DISCUSS the POSSIBILITY of decriminalizing and/or legalizing (not the same thing) drugs, in the light of the overloading of our prison system with non-violent drug offenders. <<She might've been more right than wrong about this issue.>> How can it EVER be wrong to discuss public policies, especially policies that do not seem to be working very well. jbe
