Zeev and Bruce,

YES ! Exactly. These L.P. and Hedge folks (the Debt buyers) are always just one step ahead of the rest.

Someone suggested looking inside the L.P. to see if the company's management and directors are also a partner in the L.P. or sit on the board.

Bruce, I can see some of them (managers/CEOs) being totally out of touch with the securities world but the ones I've talked to are pretty stock savvy.

I'm also going to follow the award of ISOs as these are published. With the stock price devastated, seems the company now has a chance to award options at a bargain basement prices. Hey, there's no need to re-price those old options anymore, just cancel the old and issue new ones !

Pity no one has started a Convertible Death Spiral Floorless Debenture mutual fund. Then we can all participate.
