So Tom can get an idea of how many ISPs support this, when I wanted to set up my Shotgun here in Denver, I e mailed 28 local ISPs. Of 16 responses I got, 7 supported dual analog. The average price was about $33/month unlimited usage.

Of the nationals, Netcom is the only one I found that supports it. But I wouldn't recommend them to anyone as my opinion of their connections is very poor.
