Ok, to be fair I also just ran the query by Bernie, as to what the deal with the delinquency is (I'm getting a little fed up with the consistency of this scenario with VSE juniors). I know that it isn't a big deal unto itself, however it is also largely unnecessary.
According to Bernie there was a change of some type in the filing process or something. They have made the changes required and should be filed this afternoon or Monday at the latest.
