I posted this over on Yahoo:

BBTC is the former owner of The Travel Channel in
Washington DC.
BBTC in turn is owned by Landmark Communications.

Pax purchased the Travel Channel for $20,000,000 plus
4,773,094 shares of Class a common stock. At the time this
represented 9.2% of the outstanding shares of PAX and
represented 3.5% voting interest of the common stock of PAX.

Landmark still has quite a bit of PAX stock left.
