Lee,
HI/LO sort of gives you a picture of the health of the market. So along with a 400 point run up from yesterday afternoon you still had a bunch of stocks being buried. Make of that what you will. A lagging indicator maybe be a good thing in this environment, you will miss the early stages of the next run up, but it'll keep you out of all the traps that are lying out there.
