SEC filing made on September 28, 1998 announced the annual meeting of shareholders was being held October 21.

Included in the proxy to be voted on by shareholders was:

The approval of nominee Colin Powell to the Board of Directors and the approval of an increase in the authorized number of shares from 600,000,000 to 1,800,000,000. The 10-K showed shares currently outstanding of approximately 221,000,000.

It looks to me like the possibility of a 2 or 3 for 1 stock split in very strong.

Couple all this with the statement this week of the possibility of Time Warner or others being interested in a takeover of AOL and short covering after the unexpected rally today and we can look for a good week next week.

Good Luck
