Poor Shawn got his (as the English say) knickers in a twist...at least that's what I think. Microsoft did make an equity investment on Dec. 17th, but unfortunately it was in a company called PROGINET, not PROGRESS.

Whoever fed him that information, and earlier, the general public (because it was apparently discussed on CNBC), got the names mixed up, and hence all this hooha.

I think this breaks the 'mystery' behind the non-deal on PRGS.
