Pursuit's last press release in Stockwatch Sept. 3, 1998, advised that the
original claim owners of Pursuit's Hinoba-an property had made certain
adverse claims against the property although Pursuit's counsel had advised
that these claims were without merit.
The claim owners have now withdrawn these claims.
Pursuit is actively pursuing the sale or joint venturing of this property.
