Facts:

1) TX signing the agreement means RNTK F-T technology works, has valid patent protection and is economically viable.

2) TX signing means they've committed to a multi-year Integrated Gasification/Fischer-Tropsch (IGFT) program using RNTK for the F-T part....they would not have bought the license if they didn't have every intention of using it....and RNTK would not have sold the exclusive license for using their F-T on gasified liquids and solids without commitment/performance guarantees from TX.

3) TX will be using the TX/RNTK IGFT units in their own operations and marketing them worldwide. Each unit installed will generate cash flow to RNTK at essentially zero cost to RNTK. These units should start coming online within two years.

4) The range of options within the world of IGFT for liquids and solids is enormous because the range of feedstocks varies all over the place and the types of facilities and operations where it can be applied effectively are diverse. Hence the RNTK agreement with TX is probably quite complex compared to any deal just involving natural gas GTL. It likely contains provisions quite different from what RNTK is crafting in the natural gas arena.

5) RNTK does not want these latter provisions playing a role in their negotiations with others in the more-straightforward natural gas arena....thus the terse PR and 8K.

6) RNTK retained the rights to license the use of their technology to process syngas from natural gas to anybody. Some companies operate only in that corner of the GTL universe.

7) I'd love to know all the details of the TX/RNTK agreement......we all would.....but it ain't gonna happen.

8) Two days ago I would have been ecstatic just to know with certainty that the deal was going to happen. So now, I guess I can live in this "detail-less" period far more comfortably and confidently than I was in the "deal-less" months.

Have a good weekend everybody,
H.W.
