The next 30 to 45 days is the time period I have been waiting for. Over this period, Wal-Mart and Winn-Dixie orders should be satisfied.

In regards to Wal-Mart, about all that is known is that Wal-Mart plans to roll out their private label brand this Fall. December 21 is the first day of winter. Wal-Mart comes across as a Company that sets deadlines. By X date, they plan to have the products on the shelves. With Christmass Season fast approaching, I view it as doubtful that Wal-Mart would introduce their private label brand over the busy shopping days. As such, I'm anticipating an early to mid-November rollout. It is possible that Wal-Mart opts to launch in and around Holloween (end of October). Given no clear indications as to production at present, my best guess is mid-November.

In regards to Winn-Dixie, little is known regarding their respective plans.

It has also been a year since patents were submitted. It takes on average 12 to 18 months to obtain patent approval. I'm anticipating news on the patent front before year end.

In regards to BrainForest, what do you guys think? Once Wal-Mart and Winn-Dixie are satisfied, BrainForest will most likely be ran on the production lines (if not sooner). Outside of initial stock for Wal-Mart, Winn-Dixie and BrainForest - I would like to see news as to added accounts. BrainForest is a good inbetween product to fill gaps in production runs. TCBG's stand behind the product, however, is mixed. Will TCBG be able to position BrainForest into Wal-Mart stores? What ever happened to Chicagoland? Lacking any new accounts, TCBG will become more dependent upon BrainForest. Lacking juices (ie: no word to date on offer to acquire Nestle), this category is not currently in place to grow revenues and achieve greater market penetration. Should TCBG land juices to place in the pouches, I will be more excited as to overall potential going foward. Juice and Kids go hand in hand. Juice in a TCBG package in a Kids hand is what we shareholders would like to see! So would Mr. Darmstadter!

I understand that TCBG is down some 50% where most of us shareholders took a position. Nonetheless, and given the past week, it looks as though the sellers have sold. What we need now are buyers. Hopefully, news regarding Wal-Mart will generate more buyers of the stock to get the stock price moving forward.

I would appreciate any additional comments, thoughts, and information whether pro or con going forward.

Best Regards

KSully
