<<How about having an aquarium, is that torture too?>>

Depends on the size of the fish and the size of the tank. But for the most part, no. When you fish, you pull a sharp piece of metal through the muscle or skin of the fish, yank it around until it builds up toxins in its system and it's so exhausted it can't even breathe, pull it out of the water to suffocate, and either beat it to death, let it suffocate, or yank that hook back out of its mouth and pretend you never saw it before. To me, that's torture.
