Besides being good news, its smart for CKFR to do this. The Board made a good decision CF spent $31 mln to by 4.7 mln shares. OTOS, they said that they could make $0.32 in FY1999, but decided to go with $0.16 because didn't want to sacrifice future. To make $0.32 they would need measly $8.8 mln. A good news with bitter taste. So many investors were trashed. Yesterday volume was 1.2 mln shares. 4.7-1.2=3.5 looks very close to the number of shares owned by R. Gintel. Hope he was not trashed by the company's wisdom. JMHO
