SoftQuad delisted.................................. SoftQuad's and the Rabins' credibility have hit a new low...this stock is now a 'designated' security and is subject to SEC Rule 15c2-6 hence cannot be recommended for purchase by any US broker subject to said SEC and NASD regs...all trades must simply be marked 'unsolicited' to legally protect the brokerage firm. SoftQuad apparently will continue to be traded on the TSE and OTC BB... source: nasdaq.com; ...and contemporaneous with [all] markets crashing...the CEO, COO and CFO simply blew it and we are basically dealing with a failed management team which is now literally a pink sheet penny stock...
