John and jmt and others. Lets begin to face the facts on this company. It is run by good sales people who are creative and have done a super job of getting top name customers. Their clientele list is unbelievable. The problem is no one takes them serious in the securities market.
We have a brother in Vancouver because he wants to be close to his family. We have Don who says he is too busy to begin the fully reporting process. Last year he put out a news release that he would fully comply with new NAV reporting requirements. He welcomed the opportunity. We have to wait and wait for a new auditor to be named and audited financials to be published. They put out news releases that say profits up 20% but no verifiable specifics. These guys are not transparent! Face it. I am not trying to say they are dishonest but they do not understand that corporate governance is so important to a new company. Now with the markets totally adverse to risk why buy a penny stock who will not invest in demonstrating they are professional businessmen who manage the top as well as the bottom line? And that they will be transparent with their customers and stockholders?
How can we have Scott running the IR dept in Vancouver and also have the one in LA still up and running? Why so much time and money on IR? Better spent on sales people and auditors and fully reporting or are they mis-directed?
