Just because some analyst has a buy recommendation, it doesn't mean that it is accurate or even that they know what they are talking about. Like the guy that had a buy recommendation on SIR from the $30's all the way down to $5. Or the guy that had a buy on FP from a high of $61 down to about $5. Or what about the people that had buys on CIEN? Analysts work for companies that make money when people buy stocks and they make money when they help companies go public, so they have a vested interest in these stocks going up. Compare their track record to Mr Pink's and you will see who has better performing recommendations. PA
