Hi Bob,

Thought I'd try a direct approach. Did you see my message 7901? About my not being able to run old and tested scans without having it bomb out in the middle of the scan?

Have you, or anyone else, an idea that would cause scans to run well into the middle of the database, then quit, due to "syntax" errors? Seems like a syntax error would prevent the scan from starting in the first place.

Same thing happens tonight. Only difference tonight is that the two scans I tried got into the base to about the "T"s this time. I am totally stumped and have no idea what to do next. Ideas?
