CPT Pemberton Technologies Ltd - AIF filed; 1.2m unit private placements CPT Pemberton Technologies Ltd PBT Shares issued 4,086,823 1998-10-09 close $0.32 Monday Oct 12 1998 Mr. Bob Burton reports The company has filed an AIF with the BCSC effective Oct. 9, 1998. The company has entered into private placements for the sale of 1,200,000 units at 25 cents for $300,000 where each unit consists of one share and one warrant to purchase one further share at 50 cents up to Oct. 9, 1999. Timing is relevant to the recent increase in the price of oil and management is now encouraged to bring the well into production. Production will be profitable according to the Chapman Engineering evaluation report dated June 1, 1998. The company intends to use the proceeds for general operating capital out of which it will expend the necessary funds to install a battery facility and bring the completed well to production.
