Dollar falling / bonds weaker = conditions for US economy perceived to be deteriorating rapidly.

The reversal of Friday did not signal a bottom :

- it was caused by raised expectations of a significant rate cut sooner than later.

- it was led by financials and technology, and transports did not participate.

If rates are cut rapidly, dollar will continue weakening, and compromise an export led recovery by Japan.

If rates are not cut, US market weakens.

Anyway you look at it we are going down.
