Here's a link re: an apparent Reg D sale.

biz.yahoo.com

Seems it raises a few questions:

1. Under a Sec 144 sale, wouldn't we have had to see many more shares registered to be sold; Does this suggest that only a portion has been unwound?

2. Would they have been the only 144 preferred shareholder to register to sell, why or why not ? Doesn't the fact that this is the first sniff of a 144 registration seem odd to anyone, along with the small quantity of shares registered to be sold?

3. Do we have any idea at this point what percentage of the position(s) have been unwound?

4. Are they using these shares to cover short positions ?

If the stock starts running, the stock must be covered at some point, no? Are you suggesting that if they (or anyone) shorts at 1.25, and the shock gaps to 2+, there is still no req'mt to cover ?
