Okay, why cash now. First, I made this decision to go to cash long ago! I'm just not willing to take the Big Time downdraft. I watched some changes in market value that I really did not think I would witness. More and more stocks are moving to their monthly trend lines, yet we still have some that I classify as parabolic. Next, I don't understand many E-Wave concepts. Yet, I can understand that 1) we are not in a bull market, and 2) this market is liquidity driven. August was the first month that we had a negative outflow from mutual funds since 1990. This is nothing to sneeze at. The liquidity issue is not getting any better. Check this site out: amgdata.com This number still seems to have a lot of zeroes. Until this number gets positive, neither am I! I wasn't here before, but this seems different. Berney
