Could they actually take the company private? What if the shareholder didn't want to surrender his/her shares? They couldn't force you to sell could they? I would definately get an attorney and sue their asses off! I don't care if I would lose 200k in legal fees! But then again, could they make you surrender your shares. Don't know, but would love to know.
