Doug, As I have stated before, I believe that it is poverty that breeds desperation and violence, and at times it is manipulation that breeds poverty. I started buying into this oil project when the Sand Prince Deal was announced in the Wall Street Journal. At that time Mr Jimmy Carter was involved in the peace talks and things looked promising, need I say more.

As an investor I hope this oil project will eliminate the poverty in the equation that equals violence. As a common member of AI, I dislike the term "monitor activities" and would rather prefer the term "build a sincere cooperation". As a person, I would like to see intelligent people function as thinking and feeling human beings in the eyes of God to bring peace to their country. If this would be possible it would bring a day when Sudan could spend a million dollars a day on building up their infrastructure and improving the standard of living for all, rather than spending a million dollars a day to finance a civil war.
