James, I just discovered this thread. Perhaps you are not aware of the Herzfeld Caribbean Basin Fund (closed end) (trades as CUBA), started by Thomas Herzfeld ("daddy" of the closed end funds) several years ago, and is accumulating companies that will quickly move into Cuba once the embargo is lifted. Obviously the fund hasn't done much for the past couple of years; BUT, the day the embargo is lifted....just watch it GROW! I have a sizeable investment in the fund and am just sitting back ignoring my losses to date. Get a prospectus and have a look. Could (will, in my estimation) be very exciting! Bob
