Hi Bill,

So far this market is acting almost exactly like the 1990 4 year
cyclical bear market. Yesterday = October 1, 1990.

That doesn't mean that it will continue that script, but we should now be in the process of short rallys and retests, and if it holds, there
could be a bottom in the making. Take a look at other 4 year cyclical bear market correction bottoms.
