cjp0531, Yup, looks as though the cap put on this stock yesterday was the result of someone with an awful lot of shares selling or massive shorting of the stock by ??. If debentures have converted, do you know how many shares were added for dilution? Do you know for a fact they are sellers? Just some thoughts. Bob
