I think Erickson is realizing they have to have a CDMA phone now. They will settle soon. This week they will report bad earnings, whille Nokia,Lu and Q in November will show steller numbers. They have to be under the gun to get something done fast. I think that 3G has nothing to do with it, Nokia is for WCDMA also, yet they sell CDMA. I think the street would look at it as a huge Qcom victory though!
