Arctic,

You might want to check up on this rumor. ARCO are building a RNTK plant down in Lower 48 as a pilot. If successful there's a lot of profit for the company that can get a plant on the North Slope. 7.5billion scf/day is reinjected into Prudhoe Bay gas cap. (yes 7.5 billion) there's a shit load of gas that can be converted to a shit load of oil.

A couple of the guys in our drilling group, including myself, put some money into RNTK. Watch out though, it seems to trade between 1 and 3. Buy at 1 and sell at 3 and not the other way around <g>

Also, keep a look out for SYNM (Syntroleum) they have similar gas/liquids process. They went up 16% yesterday. I own some of these also.

There's also another gas/liquids plant being built on North Slope (not sure exactly where or when) for gas/liquids conversion. It is a BP (SOHIO) invented process licensed to Kvaerner. I will ask around if anyone's interested.

Check out PRTK. The stock has been hammered in this sell off, and they are about to announce next Q results being bigger than last 3 yrs total earnings. Small company into pipeline inspection. Have a big contract with BP on North Slope. BP just gave them an excellence award according to the news.

All my stocks went up yesterday, hope yours did too.

Paul.
