Greg - I agree wholeheartedly that the earnings growth projections for the S&P 500 and larger cap stocks in general are way too high. However, I feel comfortable with the earnings projections for WIND. They are very conservatively managed, do not yet have I20 revenue factored into projections (at the request of Ron Ablemann) and are a leader in an area of technology that is expanding and getting ever more complex. That is why many of those in the business who frequent this thread have discussed the movement of "roll your own RTOS" to COTS. There are others on this thread that could get you a much better explanation of why WIND should have no problem with earnings going into FY2000. Allen? David? other regulars? where are you?...
