BOB, I paid 25 cents per share for my WACC, post split that will be $15 after the split. With a total of ~14 million shares authorized and the scope of the project, I see $15 as a real possibility in the next couple of years. Should the price drop in the next few weeks after the split I will buy more. The land purchase & the motel purchase give me some confidence that the project will go ahead. I don't even expect the price to drop after the split, there have been very few shares sold recently at 1 cent so why would anyone dump them for the same dollar value post split.
