Correct poncho, they were heavy into the acquisition mode so the last 3 years they bought companies, many in the middle of seasonal sales cycles, but the year just ended ABTX went cash flow positive to 4.5 million (year ended June 30). This year they will have a full planting season and will be able to utilize discount buying with the synergies of 33 companies under one roof and cut out the middle man. Good luck all, Lady
