Bradpalm:

Sensible and thoughtful views, as usual.

A reverse split should (hopefully) not be necessary if there continues to be an unfolding of the information about this agreement and also others that may come. In that case the stock price might move up steadily to meet and beat the requisite $5 for listing.

One concern generated by the withholding of details is that if there are overexpectations, when the details are released there could be an actual drop in share price, even though the deal is excellent. Everything we do know sounds like it's a home run, so I am hoping there is no small print to reduce the apparent perfection.

On the other hand, in the recent market climate an excellent deal wouldn't have been fully appreciated, so we may be better off that the details are delayed. It would be nice if they are released when there's a bull market psychology again. In times like that, there'd be more likely to be the run up that is justified by the value of the agreement.
