DB, you are probably correct. I haven't got the brains I was born with. They raised $1.5 million with some sort of preferred offering earlier this year. Must find out conversion terms. At 10 cents they would then own all of the unissued shares. What do you think about this site, fastnet.com.au is it our "Park Inn"? I sent them an email & hope to hear back soon. Why do you believe the price will drop to 1 cent again? With less than 700K shares outstanding do you really think everyone will bail out or do you think we will be attacked by shorters again? JOE
