Morgy, this is not IMO a valid premise...Many conflicts aroused from fighting for the" humanitarian aid/food" between local combatants... At the end humanitarian distributors were either killed or driven-out...plunging those they tried to save even into deeper misery..as the roots of misery are the cause not consequences of misery...
