no.. total control..bigger troops(armed troops)..who knows..build restaurants..have free buffets..children first sittings. who knows..maybe even will create boom economies :-) I just hope they send money to make the corrupt even more so..and as you suggested create more misery if possible..yes possible ;-< ps. you are a lot wiser than I am..rats #$@^.. human nature doesn't change
