Dell's common will retreat to $24-$26 within the next several weeks.
Ultimately, the common will intra-day trade below $20 before November '98 is out. Once the common forms a technical bottom of a convincing nature, it will again prove profitable for accumulation.

During the next 12 months, gold and precious metals mining companies will offer the greatest return.

I shall offer no explanation for the above, but let the events unfold for the untutored that they shall not easily forget what they have been taught.
