The NBA "strike" has imo been a negative for Actv's stock. Next week a judge will rule whether the players are to be paid during the current lockout. Whatever the ruling it will put pressure on the side he rules against. Imo some potential buyers are waiting for proof there will be a B ball season. Art I say we will have basketball this year.
