Recent sequence of events:

1. Dr. Patel fails to submit data for presentation.

2. Bymaster goes on "vacation".

3. Share price collapses. Possible delisting. Now a penny stock.

4. Rumors about insiders bailing- (admittedly just rumors)

All this coincides with shareholder meeting and study data release.
I predict difficult or no recovery. A shame.
