WM.. it doesn't really matter who first wrote, initiated or found cause to create the independent council. It stinks and should be done away with to preserve the integrity of the overall system. This will benefit everyone.

.. or perhaps we should vote for a President and a special prosecutor every four years?

.. Perhaps in fifty years we'll simply elect a special prosecutor then create an executive branch to commit good deeds and acts of no demeanor.
