NBR: GARY GOODENOUGH, BOND PORTFOLIO MANAGER, LOOMIS, SAYLES & COMPANY: I think the Federal Reserve will ease 25 to 50 basis points next week. Over the telephone, I think 50 even is more likely, given the freezing, really the freezing up of the fixed income markets and even the equity market has been extremely weak. So, I think the Fed will have to act to unfreeze the markets.
