I looked at the Yahoo comment. ECI doesn't trade on the TASE and only a few of the 100 or so Israeli stocks on Wall street are listed on the TASE. Anecdotal and daily averages show clearly that Wall Street leads.

We'll have to look elsewhere for the reasons.
