sure - up and down, but to what extent ? The DOW was down a ton since Aug. 1 but i was only down 2.8% because i did something STUPID. But the past 6 days i got murdered. Oh, sure, the Market will be up and down, but that doesn't mean OUR investments are up and down with it, necessarily.
