>>Sis, look at www.realminc.com for some interesting info on it and its relationship with AGE, MSH principals, et. al.<<

Hello, Micky;
I see MSHE's place in this is with the acquisition of AGE, where there may be stockholder ownership in REALM Entertainment, that benefits MSHE's concern. By the listing of Jonathan Stathakis-Stockholder, consultant, I can't tell if that helps the revenue flow for MSHE as Mr. Stathakis may own stock individually on his own, with even the consulting being personally generated. Also, Michael Greenfield, who is a listed Principal on MSHE's Corporate Profile. Now, MSHE may offer it's family of professionals as consultants, whereby receiving revenue from their involvement with other founding companies, therefore getting a revenue stream from that. I just can't tell by the web site, in what manner, this REALM connection will generate for our concern.......UNTIL.......MSHE can make that known to us. I did scan through the web site and was pleased to see that Terry Lock's company, "The Animation Factory" has been contracted for their expertise in 3D animation. Several months ago, I E-mailed Mr. Lock, wondering how their company was doing and he was kind to reply that they were working on several projects with AGE, at the time. Now, here they are with Realm......showing AGE as a stockholder........and MSHE acquiring 100% control of AGE......tells me there is definitely a revenue stream, here, where MSHE is concerned.
Further search of the site shows that Realm has purchased a 130 volume library of "Howdy Doody" and has completed pilot episodes of "Yahoo Bugaboo", which is CO-produced with Columbia Tristar Television (CTT), a Sony Pictures Entertainment Company. Both projects are projected to begin airing this year. Again, is that an individual concern of REALM, or has AGE been involved in the financing with REALM in such a way that anything they do, filters back to the AGE/MSHE bottom-line?
Again, all in my humble opinion.
