Dick, Thanks for getting in here. I've never had a problem with Virtual, once I figured out how to use it (none I know about, anyway). I'm using the latest version of it, I think. I saw Bob posted that a new version of QP2 is available at their site, and I don't have that one yet. But, he didn't say anything about a new QPV. However, when I installed the last version of QPV, I just installed it, I didn't uninstall the earlier one. Never have uninstalled any of this to get a newer version up and running. Does all of this sound to you like it could be my problem? Ken
