Mark, I have very seldom personalized my responses as you often do, however in this case I will make an exception.
You quote me saying that a person sells at this price if you believe they are going out of business and then answer with a response about how you sold months ago. Do you want someone to congratulate you further??
You believe that Forecross will be competing with other conversion factories at EDS and Keane. It is my understanding that they are the PRIME source at EDS and BDM for factory conversions. I'm not sure about Keane.
Mark, while I find you to be a pain, I am not pained by your statements, however, a reasonable person could interpret them as rubbing salt in a wound. The wound creates the pain, the salt adds to it.
You say that competition will trim profits to the bone. Variable costs are $01. Not sure profits will be down to the bone. Also, I expect Forecross to get a premium as their conversion is better and more efficient.
I don't think advertising does much with IT personnel. They DO attend trade shows and they do line uo business at trade shows. I disagree with your statement. Forecross has distributorships and the heads of the distributorships make sales calls as I understand the system. What, should they do direct mailing so it can be thrown in the trash. Again, I don't agree.
Forecross's leading expertise has been repeated time and time again on this board. I still believe that the only thing that has hurt them is delays by companies on not getting started.
Remember, Forecross still has a shot for Government contracts through BDM and EDS and of course BDM is close to TRW which has many many millions of liines of code to convert.
Again, congratulations to you and others who sold months ago. I am holding and will add more as I said, I liked it at $17. I ought to love it at $1 1/2. Time will tell. |
