From the August 19th press release: "While earnings for the first half of the year were ahead of our plan, we now expect that the weakness in Jarman may prevent third quarter earnings from exceeding last year's $0.35 per share." This was the bugaboo I've seen quoted as responsible for cratering the stock. Ridiculous?? You bet, but that's the mood of the current market. Insiders are buying so I'd hold for better times.
