Charliss:

Thank you for your post!

Actually I was focusing on the trading with DGIV. Not on the trading with big shares such as COCA-COLA, MERCK, DELL where thinking, guts, whatever, is called for. During the last posts I was focusing on one really strange individual, and it's peers, that seem to congregate at a thread called, I think, "thread morons" (it's their choice of words, not mine <g>)

50,000 shares (and this does not mean more than $25k right now) can really shake DGIV up or down. The manipulation of this share is very easy and cheap. This is why I abhor to see traders at the DGIV thread.

In DGIV the SI thread must represent an important percentage of the float, therefore those who can play or manipulate the thread can have a bearing on the share price. I don't think this would be the same with MERCK!!

So I have the impression we are talking two levels here: major and minor leagues. I hold you to be material for major leagues.
But at DGIV we have to deal with other types. As you aptly wrote:
"I suppose it is possible that there are perhaps a few unprincipled and lazy "traders" who may have tried to take advantage of or further demoralize this thread for profit."

Wish you a great night out!

Ron
